		<description>Hi Missy - that is a great question - I just play around with them but a couple cups of oats and 1 cup of nuts, half cup of coconut, and then you can try 1/4 cup of each liquid if that covers all the ingredients and gets them a bit damp.

Remember the oven degrees is in Celsius - You can probably have it at 300 - 350 depending on how fast you want it to cook. The slower the better.
